What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everybody here is very supported with each other. Everyone gets along and encourage everyone to go to school.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working as a group. Others are favored.
better communitcation and more lenient work hours
Understanding we are people with problems too
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company matches the 401K by 3%, which is very nice.
It actually covers what I need!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No appreciation towards the hard workers
I think they could have better medical coverage
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about our team is, everyone gets along.
they are smart people and know what they are doing
We understand each other and can relate
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Don't blame others. Don't talk bad about others..
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone pitches in to help each other out. A lot of places do not do that.
the environment is welcoming and inviting
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
there needs to be less toxicity
more motivation from management would help
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't feel nervous during the interview process because everyone was really nice to me
the lady was nice but she didnt even work at the store

Meeting new faces as well as old faces is great.
Getting to help people is a big plus.
