Rahul Mathur — Senior VP & CFO at Rambus

Mr. Rahul Mathur has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Rambus Inc. since September 19, 2016. Mr. Mathur is responsible for the overall financial direction of Rambus. Prior to joining Rambus, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Cypress Semiconductor where he was responsible for financial planning and investor relations for the $2.1B provider of embedded memory, microcontroller and analog semiconductor system solutions. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Finance at Spansion (later acquired by Cypress). He served as Controller of San Jose Water Company from March 27, 2006 to November 6, 2006. Prior to joining San Jose Water Company, Mr. Mathur served as a Customer Group Controller of KLA-Tencor Corporation. He was employed at NetSuite. He held positions in finance and operations at KLA-Tencor Corporation since 1998. Prior to KLA-Tencor Corporation, Mr. Mathur served as a Consultant of Arthur Andersen. He holds a BA in Applied Mathematics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
