Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the executive management team is very supportive of us and recognizes the hardwork we are doing. They are transparent about the headwinds and we celebrate our accomplishments and wins regularly. It's an old company that feels like a start-up.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid competitively and our benefits package is rich. We pay out bonuses twice per year.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are lucky to have so many smart people working here. From smart to brainiacs. It's a collaborative group of people that work together for a common goal. And we have fun.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. I know that is what everybody says but its really true here. And the proof of that is the fact that people stay here for a long time when there are so many options for everyone to work,

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the fact that we are very concerned about cultural fit. We attract very smart engineers and are proud of that. The interview process is very relaxed but it's apparent that interviewers prepare for their interview with good questions both technical and situational.
