- What do you like best about the leadership team?I love that the executive management team is very supportive of us and recognizes the hardwork we are doing. They are transparent about the headwinds and we celebrate our accomplishments and wins regularly. It's an old company that feels like a start-up.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?We are paid competitively and our benefits package is rich. We pay out bonuses twice per year.
- What are some of the best things about your team?We are lucky to have so many smart people working here. From smart to brainiacs. It's a collaborative group of people that work together for a common goal. And we have fun.
