The company culture is very clique like. You get ahead by who you know and not the work you do. The PTO is terrible unless you are in upper management. New Employees don't even get paid holidays until they have worked 6 months.

Quicker response times with less people involved

Team all feels the same, so we have a good time complaining together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing what I do has a positive impact on peoples lives and that I have an opportunity to meet new people every day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is great. But I have had 3 managers due to the turnover because people will leave to take better offers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better PTO for employees. Hard to hire people when you have to tell them they are not paid for any PTO till they have worked 1400 hours and that includes holiday pay.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They don't want to hear about any challenges. Our entire team turned over in less than 6 months because people were frustrated and the company only cared about the client and not their employees.
