They listen to my concerns

They are leaders, mentors, colleague, friends, who take advice as well as give it. They take time to listen and address questions or concerns at any time of the day with quick response time. I am very pleased.

My direct manager is great. But I have had 3 managers due to the turnover because people will leave to take better offers.

Very direct and to the point. No talking down, open to suggestions and new ideas. Super supportive.

Paid average for above average work that requires experienced well developed skills.

Better PTO for employees. Hard to hire people when you have to tell them they are not paid for any PTO till they have worked 1400 hours and that includes holiday pay.

Pay for performance is difficult when you have no control over hiring managers choosing to offer your candidates a position or not. No matter how hard you work to submit candidates, unless they get hired you get no credit.

We collaborate with one another

They are all of a share mindset that we are here to work but we are all humans that need to laugh, joke, and take a break from the daily grind. Sometimes a call to a co-worker is just to see how they are doing. Not every minute of the day is just about work, but rather about us as a whole person.

Team all feels the same, so we have a good time complaining together.

Fun, outgoing, and just a great group of people.

They don't want to hear about any challenges. Our entire team turned over in less than 6 months because people were frustrated and the company only cared about the client and not their employees.

I like the casual atmosphere with the ability to still communicate and complete work professionally. I also love being remote.
