William R. Manzer — Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Rayonier Advanced Materials

Mr. William R. Manzer, also known as Bill, has been Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc., since June 1, 2016. Mr. Manzer served as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc., since June 2014 until June 1, 2016. Mr. Manzer served as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Rayonier Inc. in January 24, 2011. He has overall operational responsibility for the Jesup, Ga., and Fernandina Beach, Fla., mills as well as the Rayonier's Georgia-based lumber operations. He has over 30 years of process manufacturing experience. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Strategy and Projects at Fraser Papers Inc. since March 2008. Mr. Manzer was responsible for Fraser Papers' sawmill operations and is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to ensure an economic fibre supply for Fraser Papers' Edmundston pulp mill. He also led existing initiatives to optimize Fraser Papers' energy platforms at all operations and provide critical leadership to the planning and execution of annual and major maintenance outages and other major capital projects. He served as Vice President of operations at Fraser Papers Inc., from 2003 to 2005 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Paper Operations and Pulp operations since February 7, 2006. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Maine, Orono.
