Instead of being our guide, the management is our enemy instead. The managers are abusive and toxic, and they push employees away instead of leading us. This company needs to change its leadership because the current one is extremely awful.

Abused was the work I could think of about my work experience as well as with the management. The demands were very unreasonable yet the manager expected us to deliver. We were even asked to work more than we should just so he could take the credit. He is really insane!

Insane policies were forced on us by the management, making work more stressful than it's supposed to be and there's no way to avoid it! The unreasonable expectations made it even awfully worse!
