Good folks making tough decisions in a tough environment (merger).

Listening to the healthcare team members to understand what they need to function better
Working together and listening to the "little people" that work the floors all day not just the ones sitting behind the desk.

fair wages, benefits that people can afford not that takes half their paychecks!

Many jobs were cut, after being told the employees would be retained. Other people had their wages cut. More work and less pay Not a good situation to be stuck in

Transparency ! Right now it seems all hidden agendas at the expense of loyal employees and customers This community is unlike any other and you cannot treat is as a chain

long hours,poor staffing. Listen to your workers they work the floors everyday.
New management needs to repair the damage that the interim management has caused.
