What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is down to earth and we are treated with respect.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication skills are lacking in management
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not just insurance, dental and vision. Wellness benefits, retirement benefits, EAP, Voya, Discounts on tires, phones, computers and hotels. RDO works to help its employees find a way to save money. New benefits are added often.
Company shops the industry and compensates fairly. Pay per performance company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay increases are only once a year. Stock options would be great as an option.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are amazing people led by morons
We work very well together. We help each other out, we look out for each other and care about each other.
Friendly, understanding, supportive, assisting & helpful.
They are cooperative and show hard work and commitment throughout the whole day.
There has always been an emphasis on hiring people that want to be here. Our team is engaged.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the opportunity to ask questions and see if it was the right place for me. I was able to get a better understanding of the position and got an even better position than what I applied for.

The people and the challenges
Mingling with all my co-workers
Fixing vehicles/tractors and getting some good old grease on my hands.
The environment, and the employees including management.
