What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is diverse and has tons of various opinions, but it always gets us to the best results. It's occasionally tough to work with perfectionists, but we produce an amazing product as a result that people love.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We put customers first, we listen, we're agile and eager to adjust, make fast changes and we value initiative. Pretty much anyone can start working on an idea that makes sense and brings value to the team and product and no one on the team will point out that this is out of the scope of work.
