What is the best part about your compensation package?

It fully reflects the scope of my responsibilities, it's above the market benchmark and it's fair.

On the top of the classical benefits like gym, quality food, Apple device reimbursement, education reimbursement, the compensation package is higher than benchmark in the industry. High enough to attract best talent. This is the best part I think, being able to work with people who can inspire me.
