Mr. Matyczynski served as Chief Administrative Officer of REI from November 18, 1999 to September 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Citadel Holding Corporation(CHC), a subsidiary of Craig Corp. since November 1999. Since June 02, 2000, Mr. Matyczynski served as Chief Financial Officer of Reading Entertainment, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Craig Corp. since November 1999. Mr. Matyczynski also served as Chief Financial Officer of CHC. He held various positions over a twenty-year period with Beckman Coulter in the U.S. and Europe. Beckman Coulter is a leading provider of instrument systems and related products that automate laboratory processes. His last position at Beckman Coulter was that of Worldwide Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting, as well as serving as a Director for certain Beckman Coulter subsidiaries. Mr. Matyczynski holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
