Andrzej Matyczynski — Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Reading International

Mr. Andrzej Matyczynski has been an Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Reading International, Inc. since March 10, 2016 and served as its Consultant from June 1, 2015 to March 10, 2016. Mr. Matyczynski served as an Corporate Advisor of Reading International, Inc. since May 11, 2015 until March 10, 2016. Mr. Matyczynski served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Reading International, Inc. (known as REI) from November 18 1999 to May 11, 2015 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until May 11, 2015 and its Company Secretary since May 10, 2011 until October 20, 2014. Since June 02, 2000, Mr. Matyczynski served as Chief Financial Officer of Reading Entertainment, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Craig Corp. since November 1999. Mr. Matyczynski also served as Chief Financial Officer of CHC. He held various positions over a twenty-year period with Beckman Coulter in the U.S. and Europe. Beckman Coulter is a leading provider of instrument systems and related products that automate laboratory processes. His last position at Beckman Coulter was that of Worldwide Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting, as well as serving as a Director for certain Beckman Coulter subsidiaries. Mr. Matyczynski holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
