Cotter Ltd., which is a general partner of Hecco Ventures. Ms. Cotter has been Vice Chairperson of Reading International, Inc. since August 7, 2014 and has been its Director since September 27, 2002. She is also a Member of Visalia LLC and was a Director of CRG from 1998 to September 26, 2002. She served as a Director of Big 4 Ranch, Inc. from 1997 to September 26, 2002.
