People seem to care about doing the right things and doing it right. Not aiming for perfection necessarily (which I think is good) but good enough that they can be proud of the work they've done and that the work product serves its purpose. So far, liking the attitude very much. Outside of technology, the culture is clearly just forming. The roots of the company are in Helsinki, Finland, and the culture there is well established (and has won them awards for being the best place to work in Europe at least twice). The New York office, however, is much younger and smaller and it shows in us having frequent conversations about who we are, how do we behave, and where do we want to be. So it's a bit in flux but again people seem to have this fundamental interest in making Reaktor the best place to work for ourselves.
