What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone on the leadership team is an expert in their area and they are excited about what they do. Even though they are a diverse group, they work really well together and respect one another. They have also been very good about pivoting during the pandemic to make the company successful,

What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, compassionate, collaborative, humble, responsive.
We all get along well and feed off each others ideas. Even though there is seniority, everyone can contribute. It seems like there is no bad idea.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are very enthusiastic and excited about what they are doing. It is infectious and keeps me going.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was organized. There was a specific interview plan and panel. Each interviewer asked different questions.
I connected well with the initial interviewer. I liked how she asked a lot about my values and what was important to me in a company in addition to assessing my skills.

What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing candidates excited and happy to join our company. My supervisor and colleagues' intelligence, passion, and compassion. Flexible work hours.
Helping consumers win the house of their dreams, often after being outbid multiple times. It feels good to know that maybe I have a small part in changing a big old fashion industry.

What do you like best about your company?
We define ourselves as a consumer-driven tech company. We have strong leadership, committed to company values; they walk the walk. My direct supervisor is so passionate about recruiting and about empowering her employees. Our Chief People Office is dedicated to a tech & data driven approach.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Website needs to be updated for a more clear description of what we do and how we are different for both consumers and employees.
