Respecting each other. Time management. Completing projects in a timely manner without complaints
Adapt to changes and not micro manage.
Valuing employees. Paying them what they deserve rather then going out and hiring new people and starting over again. Absurd concept. You should want to hold onto the good talent.
I had a manager literally tell me that we could not give a raise to someone who is getting $1 over minimum wage doing highly technical work because it wasn't there fault that the employee was paid so little.
Our merit compensation was an absolute joke. So many of us were very disappointed. The managers are compensated very well, however.
Communicate better between us more
Listen to your employees and follow through with their requests. Only catering to shareholders is why the company is in such dire straits. Focusing only on profit and not on employee morale is going to be your undoing.

We have a small group of managers who do nothing but sit in meetings all day long. It is a running joke amongst the teams. Constant changes in a very unsettled atmosphere.
I have already left Texas American Title they fired me due to the meetings on my pace not fast enough and yet they continued to increase my work load daily of which no other had this micromanaging done to them.
