Leadership needs to improve on treating employees like human beings, not robots who don't get tired and feel stressed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The remote working, unlimited PTO and most importantly a team that cares

What are some of the best things about your team?
I really believe everyone at RM is super nice and also, super smart. Everyone on the team is great at what they do. It's refreshing working with so many high level employees who also care about one another and work together.

What makes you most happy at work?
A kind, transparent, supportive environment
My team is amazing. Jilliene is the best leader. I love working remote. I have a great work/life balance. The benefits are competative. I feel valued for my work. I don't see myself leaving RealtyMogul - I love it here.
