What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management is very hands-on and caring. They don't shy away from hard work, and truly strive to create a great environment for people to shine. It's a very mission-drive, fast-paced culture, and it's a lot of fun to all work together.
Open door policy - even when remote, we can all reach each other from entry-level to ceo.

CEO spends his time trying to think up creative ideas but really they are just a mess that the employees have to clean up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Caring staff and everyone helps each other

Leadership pretends we are a big family but really we are just numbers and there is no real effort to treat people as anything more.
