You are the worst company. My mother recently passed away and after providing the required paperwork you are still trying to keep my family's belongings.
One storage unit after anothe at this Red Dot location was flooded as it is close to the illinois river and destroyed a complete bedroom set. . The roofs leaked and ruined a lot if my belongings. My large lot was vandalized ! Their reoresentatives are in the Carrabean and are totally ineffectice.

I would like to see the drama fixed. There are a few agents that are continuously disrespectful to tenants and fellow co-workers and it makes for an uncomfortable work environment at times.
