What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Red Dot is unlike any other. We are given the opportunity to succeed by experiencing failure and bumps in the road, and there is always positive reinforcement.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was out of the box. The questions I was asked weren't generic but they were personal and allowed the interviewee to get to know me on a different level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works very well together and we continue to prove our efforts every day. All of the teams work well together and with other teams which makes Red Dot tun effortlessly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees at Red Dot are happy to be here every day. I have never worked in an environment that the workers are happy to be there and happy to be contributing to the growth.
