We all work together to meet the goals and objectives of the team, without regard to "whose problem" it is. We truly are a team, and work together as such.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting different groups of people within the company and hearing about the company's business model, and how we operate. Knowing this information lends itself to hiring the right people with like-minded philosophies and work ethic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all have a great time, in spite of being at work. We work together to see the positives of any given situation, even the negative ones. Our environment also allows for mistakes, and growth from them.
