Meeting different groups of people within the company and hearing about the company's business model, and how we operate. Knowing this information lends itself to hiring the right people with like-minded philosophies and work ethic.
My interview was out of the box. The questions I was asked weren't generic but they were personal and allowed the interviewee to get to know me on a different level.
