Decision making process they tend to jump the gun with out thinking about how it will affect the employees and the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay don't match the work load.
I feel like I work hard here for little pay. And I feel like the company needs more automated equipment, higher pay, more skilled positions and opportunities for advancement in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my co-workers were willing to help each other out when some lines were getting behind.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad leadership, terrible working conditions, low pay, unrealistic production expectations. I think they can improve these by looking at the practices of successful companies with low turn over rates.
