Leadership has tunnel vision for their own success and do not care about their "team". Males who play hockey or golf, succeed here. Females get ignored, are paid less and often have uncertainty about the longevity of their job. I
Males are paid more. Experience does not matter. Pay raises do not exists, they will just change your title.
Have inclusive meetings and not just call on the 2 "rock stars"
