Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make online learning, Red Space, an easy online space and they do great to inform up-to-date information.
They always keep you motivated and know how to work with you and put your best interests first. They are understanding and will help you out. If you respect them then they will respect you and if you do your work well then you will get more shifts and get along well with everyone. I really enjoy em.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are good mates with each other and we have fun instore. We look out for one another and when one of us are unable to get to work then the rest pick up the slack and power through. we all do our best and if one of us make a mistake we just laugh it of then try fix it the best we possibly can .

A baseline of common decent human respect
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the most positive thing about the company is the people working there and how accepting they are towards everyone ;)

Achieving success in looking after the customers and the when there are positive and supportive staff on shift
the people I work with and the positive atmosphere in the store as soon as I walk in :)
