What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Justice and equality. Learn how to deal with problems that they are not neccessarily comfortable with.
Communication. Actually supporting their employees. Not trying to discipline people off the clock.
taking care of its employees. Stop making iy about their checks.
Listen to employees, balance work loads amongst staff by hiring the correct headcount for work and have a better work/life balance for employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation rejected half the bills.
To know they even knew I worked there.
We do not make enough and when temporary employees make more than full time employees by 8 dollars there is big problems.
My team went from 3 to just me, in my department and I was doing everyone's work but refused to be compensated for the increase of responsibilities and paid half of what my counterparts made.
I feel that when you're working for certain amount of time that you should be given a bonus or a raise with in 6 months to a year
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When they talk team it is more than a company talking point. Understanding actions are louder then words. Get some pride in there workmanship. Keep faith that the changes that are taking place will continue.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Almost everything needs to change.
They are quick to fire people or threaten to fire people for anything. Keep reminding us that Texas is a right to work state and dont need a reason to fire us
Balance workloads with accurate headcount and work/life balance.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company cares about the all mighty dollar to the point where they won't properly pay employees, and drill it into management heads that parts aren't worth replacing and results are still required. Customers aren't happy and major contracts with places like Wal-Mart have backed out.
New HR dept. New managers new regional managers
Listen to employees and hire more staff.
I think when the schedule is made out everybody should stick to the schedule and work when they're supposed to. The manager here at Auburndale, Florida location needs to start being more strict about the schedule.
