What did you like most about the interview process?
I met everyone. It was nice to have the ceo meet with me.
The fact that while going through the process, I had the opportunity to interact and discuss my capabilities with the CEO, COO, Team Lead, Senior Engineers, HR, and Security. Others openly came up to me and introduced themselves and gave me an opportunity to discuss the company. Gave warm feeling.
I enjoyed getting to meet with various employees that had different roles within the company during the process. It wasn't restricted to just people I'd work with closely.
It was in person and took into account all my experience
An appreciation for varied skill and experiences.
I liked learning about the company directly from the founder and speaking to a variety of other enginneers
