The HR processses here are very sketchy. The TA Director does not have revelant experience in emerging Technolgies especially Cyber. The Director lied and untruthful on many occasions I helped him with processes. I would look elsewhere foe GOV contracting. Someone who was in the military disgrace.

I joined REDLattice after working for several other contracting companies supporting USG efforts. I did so because of the family oriented atmosphere created from the CEO on down, fair salary, and generous health benefits. When going thru Covid, the employees' health and well being came first.

Best company I've worked for in my career. Great benefits and surrounded by talented co-workers.

They are successful because they truly function as a team. Not everyone has the same management qualities or experience. But the team consists of leaders with broad backgrounds and together the decisions put forth are fair and take into consideration both the company and employees interests.

They are approachable and still want to incorporate the fun side of the REDLattice culture while growing and maturing from a business perspective.

Everyone tries to function as a team. We know team member strengths and weaknesses and use this knowledge to generate best product for our customers. At the same time, less experience team members are offered funding for training and funding for independent research efforts.

We have a collaborative team that brings their different backgrounds, expertise and thoughts to make REDLattice a successful company. They have the "work hard, play hard" mentality which aligns with balancing the fun side and business side of RL.

Team brings a myriad of experience and backgrounds to the job. Everyone is held to a high standard.

REDLattice has a work hard and play at your comfortable pace environment. You can enjoy a beverage, play video and virtual reality games, corn hole, etc. And, a few minutes later, host a collaboration effort to develop new or resolve existing technology issues.

we have a collaborative space and plenty of snacks and beverages. we have tickets to baseball games and concerts and monthly raffles

It's a lot of fun and we make a real tangible contribution to our clients everyday.

I met everyone. It was nice to have the ceo meet with me.

The fact that while going through the process, I had the opportunity to interact and discuss my capabilities with the CEO, COO, Team Lead, Senior Engineers, HR, and Security. Others openly came up to me and introduced themselves and gave me an opportunity to discuss the company. Gave warm feeling.

I enjoyed getting to meet with various employees that had different roles within the company during the process. It wasn't restricted to just people I'd work with closely.
