What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall I think they're doing a good job. The company has grown to be more focused on specific goals, and they've increased transparency into our performance towards those goals. We have some very strong individuals on that team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is good, and they work to stay up to market on comp.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have SO many incredibly intelligent, and kind people on the Redox team. I come away from almost every interaction feeling blessed to work with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We expect a lot from each other in terms of our interactions. We are very careful when hiring, and work to bring in people that will make us better as a team, by challenging us to focus on the mission, and doing so in an inclusive manner.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The ability to meet with a variety of people, including the founders. We were much smaller when I joined.
What makes you most happy at work?
It really is my interactions with the team members. Smart, funny, creative, kind, goofy...lots of interesting personalities.
