- What did you like most about the interview process?The ability to meet with a variety of people, including the founders. We were much smaller when I joined.
- What makes you most happy at work?It really is my interactions with the team members. Smart, funny, creative, kind, goofy...lots of interesting personalities.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We expect a lot from each other in terms of our interactions. We are very careful when hiring, and work to bring in people that will make us better as a team, by challenging us to focus on the mission, and doing so in an inclusive manner.
