What is the best part about your compensation package?
I LOVE Work Hard/Play Hard. This is a unique benefit that allows our team to work an extra hour every day so we have a half day on Fridays. Give us a bit longer weekend!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have our Unleashed Culture meeting every week. This meeting consists of us going over the weekly PackDNA and then having a fun ice breaker where we get to have fun, laugh, and relax. It's a blast!

What did you like most about the interview process?
Smiling faces. So often I've gone into an interview and they seem as if they don't want to be there. Not with RedRover. Their happiness put my nerves at ease.
