He served as Principal Accounting Officer for Reeds Inc. He served as Chairman of Reed's, Inc. since 1991 until April 19, 2017. He has been a Director of Reeds Inc. since 1991. Mr. Reed received a BS in Chemical Engineering in 1980 from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
