lacking regional leadership and information sharing
regionally/Impark needs less controls forced on us by Reef as it has slower down the necessary expenditures for operating at branch level
Too low no incentive no clear policy
have only seen a 6% raise over the past 4 years and during the same time have seen the minimum wage in our province increase almost 2 hours, another few years of this and personnel i am responsible to train and supervise will make as much as myself
I've worked here over 18 year and make $13 an hour. Starting pay is $13 an hour.

give decision making and accounting powers back to the regions and branches and less control from Reef Miami
give decision making, hiring process back to branch level, and more leeway for acquiring equipment needed
