Too low no incentive no clear policy
have only seen a 6% raise over the past 4 years and during the same time have seen the minimum wage in our province increase almost 2 hours, another few years of this and personnel i am responsible to train and supervise will make as much as myself
I've worked here over 18 year and make $13 an hour. Starting pay is $13 an hour.

State clearly company policy and expectations on both sides
Fairness in placing people were they work.and there days off.
Informal and positive in the work expctations
face to face and everything handle by branch level, now it is convoluting and takes way too long, previous hire process was 10-14 days, presently 15-30

The absence of work appreciation

give decision making and accounting powers back to the regions and branches and less control from Reef Miami
the people i work with and the Impark family, feel like we are the forgotten(impark) once reef took control
give decision making, hiring process back to branch level, and more leeway for acquiring equipment needed
