- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The environment is driven by the staff in the building at the time. If the day shift leadership team is there-- it is a very negative environment with male leaders unable to manage their tempers. The more negative aspects of the team are felt on the day shift.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Very hard working and there is a core group that is very loyal. The frontline staff really care about what they do and want to do it well.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It was underutilization of employee skills because the Plant Manager is easily intimidated by his staff. He needs to focus on his professional maturity.
