The downside of high tenure is that things can move slowly

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Local leadership passes responsibility of the facility to the CEO, then the CEO flies out on a plane to tell us everything is up to the local leadership while the management team delegates inept group leaders who hide production orders in their desks yet management claims they didn't already know.
