Mr. Thomas E. Valentyn has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Regal Beloit Corporation since May 2016. Mr. Valentyn began his legal career with Borgelt, Powell, Peterson & Frauen in Milwaukee, WI. He served as the General Counsel of Twin Disc, Incorporated from September 2007 to July 31, 2013 and Secretary from September 2007 to June 21, 2013. Prior to joining Twin Disc, he served as General Counsel of Windstream NTI, Inc. from 2000 to June 2003 and served as its Vice President since July 2000. From 2000 to 2007, he served as Vice President and General Counsel with Norlight Telecommunications. He served as an In-House Counsel with Johnson Controls from 1991 to 2000.
