Health insurance and base salary
You get cash and stock compensation. Its good company but the management is horrible

Assigned job duties contingent contingent upon friendships and cliques. Drink the water.
401k match is subpar. Also, there are much more higher paying pharma companies. And considering how much each employee makes the company in revenue

Process was quick and easy
Multi-layered and opening multiple doors within the company for me to see what is behind. - However, the disappointment has been that certain important features about my position were portrayed in a misleading way.

1: HR needs to get their “stuff” together. Really bad follow through, and many people had to check in after weeks of not hearing from HR. Also, there are too many interviews for the on site- about 7 back to back (even one du

Doing good science and getting good results for the company

Closeness to science and medicine & colleagues. Absence of micromanaging.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Regeneron thinks it portrays a very positive image, but internal actions, I equity and bias is different. Practice what you preach.
