There are some people within the executive team who have what it takes to lead, in terms of scientific, clinical, and biotech-pharma industry insight and experience, plus the necessary emotional intelligence.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Multi-layered and opening multiple doors within the company for me to see what is behind. - However, the disappointment has been that certain important features about my position were portrayed in a misleading way.
