Executive Bio

Mr. Allan M. Fox has been a Partner of FoxKiser since 1986. Mr. Fox is the Founder of FoxKiser. He is specializing in identifying and enhancing business opportunities and improving competitive market position in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Before forming FOXKISER twenty-five years ago, Mr. Fox established the Washington office of the law firm of Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler. Mr. Fox has been a Director of REGENX Biosciences, LLC (now REGENXBIO Inc) since February 2009. He served as a Director of Dimension Therapeutics, Inc since October 31, 2013 until April 8, 2015. He serves on several boards of educational and research institutions. He served as a Director of Sheffield Pharmaceuticals Inc. since April 2002. He served as Chief of Staff and Chief Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Jacob K. Javits of New York and Chief Counsel to the U.S. Senate Health and Scientific Research Subcommittee, chaired by Senator Edward M. Kennedy. Mr. Fox was a Fellow in Law, Science and Medicine at Yale Law School where he received an LL.M. degree. He has a J.D. and B.A. from Temple University.
