What are some of the best things about your team?
In isolation team members care for you, on a 1-on-1 basis. Managers and executives are not so caring.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive energy overall. Lots of interests about Gene Therapy in general

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast compared to the other companies. In retrospect, speed could be because of turnover.
Very smooth, just took a bit to negotiate contract because it was the first field employee
