Mr. Vittal K. Vasista, also known as Vit, has been the Chief Financial Officer at REGENXBIO Inc., (formerly REGENX Biosciences, LLC) since August 2009 and served as its Senior Vice President of Corporate Development since August 2009 until January 15, 2016 also Treasurer until January 15, 2016. Mr. Vasista worked at PRTM Management Consultants developing innovative operational strategies for both private and public organizations, including the development of market entry strategies, innovative business models and operational improvements for a range of clients from global telecommunication providers to sovereign wealth funds. Prior to his tenure at PRTM, he worked at Meso Scale Diagnostics, a privately-held life sciences company, as part of the corporate/business development team and Excite@Home, an internet portal and Internet access provider, in various financial and business development roles. Mr. Vasista received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an S.B. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
