Mr. David R. Keenan, also known as Dave, serves as Senior Executive Vice President at Regions Financial Corporation and Regions Bank and has been its Head of Human Resources since 2010. Mr. Keenan served as Director of Human Resources for Regions Financial Corp. until 2010, he managed staffing, retention, training, employee relations and organizational development for the company's 16-state footprint and for Morgan Keegan. Prior to joining Regions in 2003, Mr. Keenan served as Director of Human Resources at Frito-Lay, a division of Pepsico. He earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Furman University. He earned a master's degree in Human Resources from Boston University in Heidleburg, Germany, while serving in the United States Army.
