Ellen S. Jones — Senior EVP and Head of Strategic Performance & Alignment at Regions Financial Corporation

Ms. Ellen S. Jones serves as the Head of Strategic Performance & Alignment at Regions Financial Corporation since September 29, 2015 and serves as its Senior Executive Vice President. Ms. Jones serves as the Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Strategic Performance & Alignment at Regions Bank. Ms. Jones served as Chief Financial Officer for Business Operations & Support at Regions Financial Corporation. Ms. Jones served as an Executive Vice President of Regions Bank at Regions Financial Corporation since 2010. Ms. Jones held senior level finance leadership positions at Bank of America. Before joining Regions in 2009, She was with Bank of America where she held senior level finance leadership positions in three of the company's major business lines. In addition, she led the finance transition teams for two mergers: Fleet National Bank in Boston (2004) and the LaSalle National Bank in Chicago (2007.) Prior to Bank of America, She spent ten years at Motorola, Inc. in Chicago where she held various senior finance roles. She also served as a director of strategic planning and led a special assignment charged with driving global alignment of business and corporate objectives, resources and compensation. She has a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and she has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from University of Dayton. Ms. Jones has served as a business advisor to the State of Illinois Strategic Planning Advisory Council and she is greenbelt certified.
