Ms. Hope D. Mehlman has been Chief Governance Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Regions Financial Corporation since February 10, 2017 and serves as its Assistant General Counsel. Ms. Mehlman joined Regions in 2006 and has served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary, as well as Senior Compliance Manager. Prior to joining Regions, She served as a Partner in the Banking/Financial Services Group at the law firm of Adams and Reese, LLP. She is a member of the Alabama, District of Columbia, New Jersey and New York state bars, as well as various civic, charitable and professional organizations and councils. Ms. Mehlman received her bachelor's degree from Cornell University. She received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
