Hardie B. Kimbrough Jr. — Executive VP & Controller at Regions Financial Corporation

Mr. Hardie B. Kimbrough, Jr., also known as Brad, has been Controller and Executive Vice President of Regions Financial Corp., since August 24, 2007. Mr. Kimbrough is responsible for managing financial reporting, accounting policy, monthly close-out and accounting operations. Mr. Kimbrough served as Vice president and Assistant Controller of AmSouth since 1994, which he joined in 1993 as Assistant Vice President of special Projects. He served as Vice President of Management Reporting and Financial Analysis of AmSouth from 1995 to 1998. In 1998, he was named Senior Vice President with responsibilities for AmSouth's financial planning, management reporting and supervision of its financial managers. Prior to Regions Financial Corp., he served as Staff Auditor and Audit Manager of Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP) from 1986 to 1993. He serves on Accounting Advisory Board of Auburn and the North Alabama United Methodist Church Council on Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Kimbrough is a Member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Auburn University.
