They don't even acknowledge I'm there for the rehab aids. No hi no nothing. SLP and the rehab team are great!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The rehab aids are just rude. I ask help with the codes to the stairs they look at me like I just grew horns and green spots. Give the therapy gym a new look and equip it better.
