very unorganized, unwilling to help others, do not properly train new employees, show blatant favoritism which has lead to suspension of some managers, managers retaliate against employees who report wrongdoings of management
Salary remains the same over the years. Due to the financial situation of the company salary increases are not takkmg place
People are afeaid to loose the job. They live in terror. Nobody can bring a good performance under these conditions

Lack of iinovation, burocratic approach, the company moves very slow, the decision making process is also very slow, top managers are not assuming responsability for the business and try to shift this responsability to employees in lower levels, makkng them responsible for bad decisions
management does not care about the quality of finished product, only that the numbers are sufficient enough for them to get their bonus
