Worst company ever. This company dismiss people without a resson for it. If your new superior does not like you, you are loosing your job, no matter how good you are or how hard you work. A bad company culture.

In the 11 years that I work for Rehau plant WFJ in South Africa, I can truly say that the company takes care of their employees

very unorganized, unwilling to help others, do not properly train new employees, show blatant favoritism which has lead to suspension of some managers, managers retaliate against employees who report wrongdoings of management

Salary remains the same over the years. Due to the financial situation of the company salary increases are not takkmg place

People are afeaid to loose the job. They live in terror. Nobody can bring a good performance under these conditions

Transparency, a collaborative approach, open communication, to hear employees voices, honest people in the top management

A more structured process, using modern recruting tools

Lack of iinovation, burocratic approach, the company moves very slow, the decision making process is also very slow, top managers are not assuming responsability for the business and try to shift this responsability to employees in lower levels, makkng them responsible for bad decisions

management does not care about the quality of finished product, only that the numbers are sufficient enough for them to get their bonus
